A Rocket Money Alternative That Skips Your Bank

Rocket Money finds subscriptions by connecting to your bank. renewly takes the opposite approach: you add what matters, it never sees your accounts, and it covers far more than payments.

A different trade-off

Bank-linking trackers like Rocket Money find subscriptions automatically, but in exchange they read your transactions, and in our hands-on testing that automatic discovery still missed about a third of subscriptions. renewly asks you to add items yourself. It is a little more work up front, and in return the app never touches your bank, card or email.

Broader than subscriptions, and private

renewly is not limited to recurring payments. It tracks passports, insurance, warranties, domains and licences in the same list, grouped by urgency, with reminders 30, 7 and 1 days ahead. Everything stays on your device, there is no account, and release builds have no internet permission at all.

Frequently asked

How is renewly different from Rocket Money?
renewly does not link your bank. You add items manually, it covers every kind of expiry rather than only payments, and it runs entirely on your device with no account.
Can renewly cancel subscriptions for me?
No. It is a tracker and reminder, not a bank-connected cancellation service. It tells you before a renewal so you can act in time.
